Commision Vinndetta

A step by Step guide to hiring Vinn as an artist, and the process of what will be done!

1. Hiring Vinn
Read the requirements before messaging Vinn, either on Email or Discord which is stated back in the hiring page. Reading the terms and conditions are important! Please come prepared with your hiring message, which should include a brief introduction of yourself, a brief overview of what the project is about, and last but not least, what you will have Vinn do.
Your hiring message could go like this, as an example:
"Hello! My name is Mr. Director, and I am the Director of Project 1, which is a dark psychological horror indie animation which follows the story of Character A and Character B going through blah blah blah. I would like to hire you as the voice actor for Character B and an artist in the project- you will be drawing chibi sprites, drawing CG in your simple render style and drawing some sprites. Please let me know if you are interested, thank you for your time."
Vinn should reply to your message shortly after!

2. Commisioning Vinn
In commissions and assignments, please provide a detailed vision of what you would like such as the art style, body pose, dynamic, etc. Vinn will then double check to make sure that they have the same vision as you do so you don't waste your money! Vinn will double check the art style, body placement, and warn you of the cost beforehand.
3. Updating Vinn
Vinn's first update will be the first draft. This will be a very rough sketch that would look terrible in most cases. This update is mainly just to check if you are okay with the character pose and expression, color scheme, etc before moving on so that you are most satisfied with the results. You must pay a third of the price at this point in time.
The following updates will be sending screenshots of the work in progress to keep double-checking for final results.
3. Completing The Commision
Directly after finishing the commissioned piece, you must immediately pay, no matter if you are planning to give the next assignment shortly. This is to prevent possible scams and other elements.
There you have it! You have successfully commisioned Vinn.
